- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Mike came to our house on 04OCT13 to appraise our property. He stated that we should have the appraisal on 11OCT13 the latest. Two weeks later, my wife called him about the appraisal. He was very disrespectful and stated that the appraisal went to the bank and had nothing to do with us. The bank president called Mike and explained to him that we paid for the appraisal out of pocket and the bank had nothing to do with it. We tried to call the appraiser again, and his line was disconnected. We tried to find his office, but there is no address on his web sight, only a PO Box. Last but not least, our appraisal was of course, horrible. This was the best $400 I have ever spent.
