  I found myself requiring an Oklahoma based bank for personal as well as business needs. It was essential that the bank would be easily accessible in all 77 Oklahoma counties. It was mandatory that the bank be one that exhibits a globalocal mentality and to be in harmony with Google. I searched the web (Google search of course), read the reviews and BancFirst emerged as the winner when it comes to Oklahoma banking. After exploring their easy to navigate website, I was able to open my personal checking account, deposit funds, order checks and well, you guessed it, everything! And I did this at 3am from the comfort of my home while in my pajamas listening to my favorite radio station! The next day, I drove over to the branch located at 3801 NW Cache Road in Lawton and met the charming and smart as a tack Amber Edwards, a Universal Banker, who very quickly processed the signature card aspect as she answered my many questions regarding Oklahoma banking. On my short drive home I was so impressed by my experience that I decided to make BancFirst the official Oklahoma Bank of my top-secret and soon to be launched sustainable globalocal enterprise.   My wife and I applied for a loan to buy our first home. After getting all of our info to the loan officer, we never heard anything else. Voice mails went unanswered, emails unanswered, and the loan officer was never in the office, ever again. Went across the street to First Mortgage and after 15 minutes, walked out approved for $100,000 loan from a company that understands the VA loan process better than most VA employees.
